Jake made his first pancit tonight. He ended up deviating from the recipe because the noodles weren't soaked in water long enough (we only figured that out after mixing everything together) so he/we had to keep adding broth, soy sauce and water until it got tender. Luckily, it was still delicious!! Yum! Don't forget to add calamansi!!


He's so happy how it turned out that he's going to share it with his co-workers for lunch tomorrow. Haha!! (He works with a lot of Filipinos.)
